When it comes to turning technical content into compelling communications, Impact Digi has become a trusted ally in telling the BCI Minerals’ story.

What began as a handful of ad hoc design jobs has evolved into an ongoing and collaborative partnership. Over the past year, Impact Digi has supported BCI across a range of graphic design projects, from producing our Annual Report to materials that explain the many uses of salt. Their ability to simplify and visually enhance technical content has made a real difference in how we communicate.

Based in Karratha, with growing teams in Port Hedland and Perth, Impact Digi is a full-service agency offering much more than just graphic design. Their team also supports clients with strategic marketing, websites, copywriting, social media and print management, making them a versatile and valuable partner for businesses across Western Australia.

The agency was founded 12 years ago by Managing Director Tamara Bin Amat, who left her role as editor of the local Karratha newspaper to launch what would become the Pilbara’s only full-service marketing agency.

“It was quite a bold idea when I think back now, but it was off and running immediately and has been an amazing success,” she said.

“We’ve grown our team a lot in the last couple of years. Our clients will often have headquarters in Perth and business interests in Port Hedland as well, so we started getting staff based in Perth and growing our presence in Port Hedland too.

“It’s been fantastic to start working with BCI on a regular basis. Graphic design plays a crucial role because it’s your visual communication tool. By working with a senior graphic designer who knows your brand inside out, technical information is turned into visuals that people actually connect with.”

BCI Minerals Head of People and External Affairs Tammie Miller said Impact Digi had become a trusted extension of our team.

“Partnering with Impact Digi has been a real asset for BCI,” she said.

“Not only are we working with a highly capable and creative team, but we’re also proud to be supporting a local Karratha business.

“They’ve taken the time to really learn our brand and goals, giving us confidence that our communication materials are in good hands.”

As the Mardie Project continues to progress, BCI is proud to have partners like Impact Digi contributing their expertise behind the scenes, helping to ensure our message is clear, engaging, and thoughtfully delivered.
