At BCI Minerals, we are committed to maintaining open and transparent communication with all stakeholders while upholding our values of ethical behaviour and good corporate governance. To support this, we offer two distinct processes for reporting concerns:
- Community and Stakeholder Feedback
Our community feedback mechanism is designed specifically for addressing concerns, grievances, or comments from external stakeholders and members of the community. This process ensures that all matters raised are handled promptly and fairly. Please note that this mechanism is exclusively for external relations and does not cover employee concerns or whistleblower reports. - Whistleblower Reports
For concerns involving unlawful, unethical, or dishonest behaviour that require confidentiality, employees and contractors can make an anonymous report under the Whistleblower Policy. This ensures such reports are handled with discretion and integrity, directly by the Whistleblower Officer.
How to Submit a Report
To make it easy for you to raise a concern or provide feedback, we have developed two tailored forms:
- Community Complaints and Grievances Form: Use this to submit feedback or grievances related to community and stakeholder interactions.
- Whistleblower Report Form: Use this if you need to raise confidential concerns about misconduct, ensuring your anonymity if preferred.

Whistleblower
BCI Minerals is a values-driven company, committed to fostering a culture of ethical behaviour and good corporate governance.
We rely on and encourage our employees and contractors to speak up about any unlawful, unethical or dishonest behaviour through the normal managerial channels within our organisation.
However, where the circumstances require a confidential environment where such concerns can be raised, a whistleblower report can be made anonymously in accordance with BCI Mineral’s Whistleblower Policy.
All reports raised will be sent directly to the Whistleblower Officer and handled with complete confidentiality and in accordance with the Whistleblower Policy.
